Behavioral Analysis of
Violent Crime Scenes
This
workshop will provide attendees with an introduction to concepts used by FBI
Profilers to analyze the behavior of violent criminals, with an emphasis on the
serial and sexual murder of women.

Mark Hilts
Mark Hilts is the Unit Chief of the FBI's Behavioral
Analysis Unit, which provides assistance to law enforcement agencies engaged in
the investigation of bizarre, unusual or repetitive violent crime. Unit Chief Hilts has over 28 years of
law enforcement experience, including over 21 years as an FBI Special Agent,
and 6 years as a Plano, Texas police officer.
