CONFERENCE ON CRIMES AGAINST WOMEN
Co-Presented by Genesis Women's Shelter and the Dallas Police Department
Who Should Attend
The goal of the Conference on Crimes Against Women is to provide practical instruction, using current information, the newest ideas and most successful intervention strategies, to those professionals responsible for combating the many and varied forms of crimes against women. 

The conference is conducted for the sole purpose of providing training to only those people employed by governmental or non-profit agencies in the fields of law enforcement, prosecution, social work, victim's advocacy, therapy, probation/parole, campus safety and medicine who work directly with victims of crime. 

The management of the conference reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual who does not meet this criteria.

Continuing Education 
Continuing education credit will be applied for on behalf of the following groups: 
   - Texas State Board of Professional
     Counselors
   - National Board of Certified Counselors
   - Texas State Board of Social Worker
     Examiners
   - State Bar of Texas
   - Association of Play Therapy

TCLEOSE Credit 
CCAW Workshops are eligible to be submitted for TCLEOSE credit for all Texas peace officers.  Submission for credit must be made by the attending officer's agency of employment.  Officers must provide their TCLEOSE issued personal identification number, sign in each day, and receive the Conference Certificate of Completion to receive credit. 

All accreditation fees are included in your registration fee.
