Lt. Larry Hallmark is a veteran with 30 years of law enforcement experience. Lt. Hallmark has spent the majority of his career in Criminal Investigations as a detective, sergeant, and lieutenant. As the major case detective in Crimes Against Persons, he successfully investigated several high profile murder cases, including a serial murder case. As a sergeant, Lt. Hallmark supervised the Crimes Against Persons Unit, and as a Lieutenant, he commanded the Crimes Against Persons Unit, Property Crimes Unit, and Special Investigations Unit. Lt. Hallmark has been featured on television shows such as Snapped, Forensic Files, 48 Hours, and America’s Most Wanted. He currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, TX.
