Meghan Tokash is an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) at the U.S. Department of Justice serving the Western District of New York in the violent crimes unit. She served as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army JAG Corps for eight years, where she prosecuted a wide range of cases relating to homicide, rape, sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse. AUSA Tokash was selected by the Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army to serve as one of 15 Special Victim Prosecutors where she worked in the Army's first Special Victim Unit at the Fort Hood Criminal Investigation Division and U.S. Central Command. Previously, AUSA Tokash served as civilian victim-witness liaison officer for the Department of the Army.
